We may share encrypted data with trusted third-party infrastructure providers solely for the purpose of running our app (e.g., cloud hosting databases). These providers are bound by strict confidentiality agreements and data protection laws.

Third-Party AI Analysis

To provide intelligent features such as structured memory generation, visual recognition, and calorie estimation, Lume securely transmits the images you select or capture and the text prompts you enter to a trusted third-party AI provider (Google Gemini) for real-time analysis. We strictly guarantee that your images are processed securely and will NEVER be leaked, shared with unauthorized parties, or used by our AI providers to train their machine learning models.

5. Data Retention & Deletion

We retain your data only as long as your account is active to provide you with your historical records. You have the right to:

  • Export Data: Request a copy of all data associated with your account.
  • Delete Account: Permanently delete your account and all associated data from our servers via the app settings. This action is irreversible.
